Qualifications
Natalie Zimmermann is a WIBF and WBF boxing world champion, physical therapist, personal trainer, and mental coach in Hamburg-Harvestehude—at the Body & Mind Studio on Rothenbaumchaussee 156.
I grew up in Ostholstein with my four sisters. My father was a sheep and horse breeder. From an early age, I learned to take responsibility, work with discipline, and never give up. These values still define me today.
I am someone who seeks challenges, continuously evolves, and never stands still. Performance, to me, is not only athletic success, but the willingness to learn every day and bring out the best in yourself.
That is why I deliberately trained across different fields. For me, movement, health, nutrition, and mental strength belong together. Only when all areas work in sync can a person reach their full potential.

At 37, a new chapter in professional boxing began for me. On September 1, 2023, I won the WIBF world title in super lightweight. On September 27, 2024, I followed with the WIBF lightweight world title and the WBF intercontinental world title.
Today I combine my knowledge from medicine, therapy, nutrition, training, mental coaching, and elite sport. My goal is to help people improve their health, increase their performance, and grow beyond their limits.
I believe growth is a choice. Anyone willing to take responsibility for themselves and keep working on themselves can achieve extraordinary things.

FLOW combines boxing and kickboxing into an intense form of physical and mental relief. Through targeted boxing and kick combinations, focus, and presence, you create space to release stress, unlock energy, and clear your mind.
The goal of FLOW is to balance mental load, release inner tension, and build physical strength, endurance, and confidence at the same time. Sessions strengthen focus, discipline, and responsiveness—helping you perform better and feel more balanced in daily life.

Training and regeneration work together—for better recovery and performance.
In every Recovery session, we combine—tailored to you—IHHT, ATP breathing, mental coaching, nervous system regulation, body scans, leg compression, and targeted supplementation.
